Unfortunately I don’t think corsetry would work very well in mori girl. To me it seems like kind of the opposite of what mori is trying to achieve ^^” 
Though if you really want to wear a corset with mori girl, I guess you could decorate one to suit the style. I can imagine a medical corset working ok?

These two are more cult-party kei but I think if you took the back out and replaced it with brown it could work for mori girl.

And finally, these belts, which are not corsets obviously, are quite popular in mori girl and lead me to believe you could get a similar look with a corset.
